Thank you for visiting our website. Founded in 1991, AI Engineers, Inc. (AI) is a full service planning, engineering and construction management firm. We provide a broad range of services that include: planning; surveying; highway; civil/site; bridge/structure; transportation; power/utilities; M/E/P; architectural engineering; construction engineering and inspection; construction management and design-build.
As our client-base continues to expand, our quest for excellence remains unabated. The construction industry is undergoing a major transformation to meet the challenges of maintaining and building our infrastructure in the 21st century. Alongside the traditional design-bid-build approach, new project delivery methods such as, design-build, are gaining more and more acceptance. Owners and clients are looking for high quality end products from concept through final construction at a reasonable cost and fast project completion time. This can be achieved by seamless integration of all project task and milestones.
By maintaining our focus on client-service we continue to accomplish overall success. And this is achieved by a diverse, high energy and dynamic group of planners, surveyors, design and construction professionals who are committed to our client needs. Internally, the client-service focus is sustained by ensuring a transparent and forward looking and accountable organization, where knowledge, intelligence, creativity, commitment, hard work and effective communication at all levels is constantly recognized and rewarded.

Consistent with our history of delivering high quality services within budget and on-time, we continue to earn repeat business and build solid relationships with our clients. Our project managers constantly strive to pass the benefits of effective project management, teamwork, open communication and quality control to our clients, resulting in complete success in attaining project goals. Abul Islam, PE, the founder and present CEO, continues to guide the firm towards this mission.
The firm's management philosophy has been impacted by the size and type of engineering projects from AI inception in 1991. The firm has transformed from handling many small projects to a healthy mix of small, medium and large scale complex projects being worked on simultaneously. This results in the highest utilization of technical personnel and administrative resources. The staff continues to be mindful of the vision of understanding and distinguishing each client and their needs; from one person individual clients to large public agencies/utility clients. And the result: we have been appreciative and sensitive to the local and global aspects of a job to bring it to successful fruition. The level of satisfaction thus achieved helps us to further develop our skills and knowledge and continue to bring success to any job!
