Construction Management Services
In conjunction with the development of other services, we now have a separate division for providing Construction Administration, Construction Engineering and Inspection, Construction Management and Design-Build projects. Our focus in construction management entails Project Management, Planning, Cost Management, Quality Management, Constructability Review, Value Engineering and Safety Management. We achieve success by organizing the right project management team, implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities and developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of project design and construction which may result in disputes and claims.
