Currently, we are looking to fill the following positions:

 

Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager

Design, inspect, as well as, coordinate and supervise efforts of the project team for project execution and control in his/her engineering discipline.  Monitors project budget, schedule from start to finish.  Responsible for invoicing and accounts receivable. Technical liaison with client on project efforts.   Must have a B.S. Engineering from an accredited college and 10 + years of experience.  M.S. Engineering can be substituted for 2 years experience.  PE License require. (back to top)

 

 

CADD Technician

 

Required to have experience in Microstation V8 with preferred experience in Eaglepoint, Inroads and AUTOCAD, Being a multi-disciplined firm working in various fields needs CADD support primarily in the mechanical, civil/bridge design and surveying disciplines. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience with Microstation. Said applicants should also have the ability to work individually on a number of projects with direction from a project manager or as a team member on larger scale projects. (back to top) 

 

 

Survey Party Chief

 

Crew Chief should have a minimum of 2 years experience running a crew and performing various types of survey projects such as boundary, topography, horizontal and vertical control runs, construction layout and GPS. Experience in record researching and CADD mapping preferred but not required. The AI survey field equipment primarily consists of TOPCON Totalstations and Static GPS receivers, auto levels, HP data collectors and TDS downloading software. Each party chief reports directly to one of the licensed land surveyors in the office. (back to top) 

 

 

Survey Technician/Instrument Person

 

The survey technician position is primarily responsible for working with a crew chief performing field survey work. Loading and unloading the survey vehicle each day with the appropriate equipment needed, operating a survey Totalstation and Data Collector, taking field notes and downloading each days work when returning to the office. A minimum of 1 year field experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated individual. (back to top)

 

 

Team Leader

Lead bridge inspection crews and responsible for all field activities and report completion per NBIS. Supervises other inspection staff. Must have completed 2 week bridge in-service bridge inspection course and subsequent refresher course as needed. Associates degree in Engineering required, and 5 years of bridge inspection experience required. (back to top)

 

 

Assistant Team Leader

Assists crew leader on a bridge inspection. Responsible for bridge inspection, note taking and report preparation as well as traffic management set-up in accordance with NBIS. Associates Degree in Engineering and 2 years of bridge inspection experience required. (back to top)

 

 

Civil Engineer

Construction Inspector

Analyze, design, including preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates, inspect/evaluate bridge bridges/structures, coordinate with clients on project related issues.  Works as Sr. Inspector or Chief Inspector or Resident Engineer, depending upon the size and/or degree of complexity of the project.  BS in Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience. PE required.

Construction Management Professionals

Must have at least 10 years of experience in construction engineering and inspection or construction management/contract administration and the entire design to construction processes of large, heavy complex highway, roadway utility, industrial/commercial buildings, airport, transportation/transit, railroad structure projects.  Be thoroughly knowledgeable in estimating, bidding, construction survey scheduling, change order preparation/ evaluating, construction supervision and project record keeping.  Excellent verbal and written communication and client relations skills required.  B.S. Estimator/Scheduler

 

Senior Bridge/Transportation Engineer

 

Experience in NBIS bridge and sign structure inspection, construction inspection, bridge rehabilitation design, bridge load rating, highway & drainage design, traffic engineering, preparation of specs & estimates of bridge replacement & develop bridge/highway plans.  Performs investigative studies through inspection and analysis.  Prepares reports for type studies.  Plans, directs and coordinates activities in the field of engineering. Required:  Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 3 years experience as Civil Engineer or related position.  Must also have good knowledge of "Inroads", "Eaglepoint", "Microstation", "AutoCAD", "Synchro", "Virtis", "Points" and "MS Access".
