Today, there is a real need to increase the availability of a mix of affordable and market rate housing in downtown Hartford. The Residences at River View is clearly the type of project that can help accomplish this need by bridging the gap between the status quo and a real chance for economic revitalization in Hartford. Poised at the “gateway” leading into Hartford from the east, this uniquely located project will be the most visible and iconic new construction project that Hartford has seen in several years.
