Founded in 1991 as a US-based engineering firm, AI Engineers (AIE) has evolved into a global multidisciplinary presence that is excited for the latest international addition of AI Engineers (Guyana), Inc. (AIE-GY).
Inspired to implement fresh and innovative technological initiatives and engineering expertise within new markets, AIE now boasts diverse, successful projects and offices across the United States and internationally. AIE-GY is dedicated to extending our design and management expertise for sustainable solutions in critical infrastructure, throughout Guyana and beyond. Our expansion includes services spanning bridges, roadways, buildings, water/wastewater, and more. Leadership
Kevin Hussain, Director / Chief Executive Officer, leads AIE-GY and is the primary manager of its Georgetown office. He was born in New Amsterdam, Berbice, spending his formative years there and attending New Amsterdam Multilateral School (NAMS) before pursuing his tertiary education in the United States.
Kevin is responsible for all country-wide and region-wide business development and client relations. He brings global expertise on all aspects of project management with more than 20 years of experience in inspection, design, construction administration, and new technology and innovative methods for large-scale projects. His rich professional and technical background equips him with the insights and skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, offer assistance in project endeavors, and convey clients' needs and specifications adeptly.

Abul Islam, Director / President, assists with the management of AIE-GY. Abul is also the Founder, President, and CEO of AI Engineers, Inc. in the United States. He serves as a senior project executive to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
His specialties include leading project teams, providing technical guidance, and managing financial project goals. He has managed complex engineering design and construction projects involving numerous disciplines/trades exceeding $200 million in project costs. Outside of the office, Abul is very active within professional and educational organizations, serving on several Boards of Directors and as an influential advisory member.
